PHILIP S FLEISHMAN, CPA
Phil is the founder and Chief Accountant of Fleishman & Associates CPA Firm PA. Before Phil even graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1987, he already had 2 years of experience as an Internal Auditor and General Accountant. After earning his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting, Phil went on to work for a large regional CPA firm then took on the role of CFO for a multimillion dollar multi-site corporation. Seventeen years ago, Phil decided to use his accumulated enterprise level knowledge and experience to help individuals and small businesses. In addition to his experience, he also hosted regional television programs discussing everything from taxes and audits to the economy and finance. Phil also served as an officer in the South Carolina State Guard.
Phil moved and relocated his main office from Charleston, South Carolina to Winter Park, FL in mid-2018. He has two daughters and three grandchildren.
DEBBIE AFSARIFARD, BOOKKEEPER
Debbie Afsarifard resides near Cleveland, Ohio and works in the role of lead bookkeeper for Fleishman and Associates. Debbie has over 40 years of business bookkeeping experience and has work with Philip Fleishman for over twenty years.
MILENA BLANCO, OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Milena is the office manager for Fleishman and Associates CPA Firm. Milena comes to Fleishman & Associates with an extensive background in office management. Milena brought with her policies and procedures to enhance our workflow and optimize the customer experience to ensure a timely response to any of your accounting needs.
Milena is also an accomplished bookkeeper with Quickbooks experience as well as being bilingual (English and Spanish/Portuguese) for our diverse clients to enjoy quality communication.
Originally from Havana, Cuba, Milena has lived in Orlando for 8 years and has a 10 year old daughter. In her spare time, Milena competes and trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
